Tech Mahindra Foundation, the CSR arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, has been empowering youth through its flagship SMART (Skills for Market Training) programme. Expanding its impact into the healthcare sector, the Foundation launched the Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare to train students in allied health professions to meet global standards.

In 2018, Sehgal Neo Hospital partnered with the Foundation to offer students hands-on clinical experience through structured on-the-job training. The curriculum, aligned with the Health Sector Skill Council of NSDC, emphasizes both theoretical learning and high-quality practical exposure. This collaboration ensures students are well-equipped to pursue careers in healthcare, both in India and internationally.

Over the past three years, nearly 50 students have completed their training, with the majority securing placements in reputed healthcare organizations.
