Audiology:-

Audiology is the study which deals in identifying and evaluating hearing and balance disorders that are associated with adults, children or infants.

Audiologists work with patients of all ages who encounter hearing and balance disorders and provide adequate rehabilitation and management. Audiologists often work with other medical specialists such as scientists, educators and allied health professionals and technicians.

They can provide information and referrals to audiologists, physicians, dentists, nurses, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, rehabilitation psychologists, dietitians, educators, behavior consultants.
