What is Robotic Knee Replacement?

A robotic knee replacement procedure is similar to a traditional knee replacement (TKR). The objective of both procedures is to remove damaged and worn out tissues in your knee and replace it with an artificial joint. The difference is that in a traditional TKR methodology, the surgeon uses his experience and some other tools to do the surgery and in a Robotic TKR, the surgeon uses assistance from a robotic arm to perform the surgery with precision.
