Once a patient books lab test in the preferred time slot, the phlebotomist visits as per the agreed time frame and collects the lab sample. Once the report is ready, the patient will receive an SMS with a link. Patients can either click on the link or they can access the reports from the website of Dr Lalpathlabs.
