Cruciferous Vegetables

Studies state cruciferous vegetables are cancer killers and mostly all cruciferous vegetables are rich in nutrients, and are linked with cancer prevention. Vegetables like cabbage and broccoli contain antioxidants and stimulators of detoxifying enzymes, which defend the structure of DNA.
